About Us

Jim has been a part of the foundation repair and waterproofing industry since 1993. His experience in designing foundation and waterproofing systems for both commercial and residential structures has earned him thousands of satisfied customers as well as countless friendships over the years.

Jim has installed many waterproofing and foundation repair systems with his own hands for area homeowners and was responsible for the system completion and performance on every job. Jim is committed to continuing the tradition of “Doing the Right Thing for the Right Reasons” and enjoys providing effective solutions for customers, doing so in a professional , yet non -pressuring manner.

Jim has received specialized training in all aspects of foundation support systems and in complete basement waterproofing from industry leaders such as A.B.Chance, Atlas, Magnum, Earth Contact Products, Zoeller, and Basement Systems, just to name a few.

We Educate

We strive to help educate our clients in issues relating to foundation movement and water infiltration in the structures around Central Missouri.  Often times these are related to the specific soil conditions found in our part of the country.  Our experience helps make sense of why these issues happen and how they affect your structure.
